Georgia and Kurtis recently tied the knot in a sweet garden wedding filled with bright bursts of colour, native blooms and thoughtful styling details. We absolutely loved hosting their Gold Coast wedding at our hinterland venue, and were lucky enough to work alongside an amazing team of suppliers to bring it all to life.
Their day began with an intimate garden ceremony, styled with our white tiffany chairs, a petal-strewn aisle and an earthy timber arbour bursting with colourful blooms. Following their beautiful I-do’s, guests enjoyed a relaxed cocktail hour in the garden while the bridal party took photos around our picturesque estate, taking a moment to pop a bottle of champagne underneath our white gazebo to kick off the evening festivities!
Inside the marquee, our white reception tables and white tiffany chairs contrasted beautifully with bright floral arrangements, as Georgia and Kurtis shared their first dance with twinkling fairy lights as their backdrop. And of course, no Coolibah Downs wedding would be complete without one final photo underneath our festoon-lit walkway and iconic love tree to end an unforgettable evening.

“Firstly, can I say what a great job you did as coordinator and you left nothing to chance. You were great accommodating us with the other two wines and I think you did an amazing job overall.
Our overseas family members and friends were in awe of the venue, and as with us were stunned by the beautifully set up reception room. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and were so pleased the weather turned it on for Georgia and Kurtis.
Our compliments must go to the chef and catering team as everyone commented on the good quality food and how perfectly cooked and presented the entrees and main dishes were. Also, the desserts were so delicious and one of the favourites was the Lime pie.
I hope our families and visitors didn’t make too much noise but we do love a good wedding and the night was such fun with all the singing and dancing.
